I started playing several years ago with influences such as jeff Mills, HMC, Derrick Carter, Derek May, Kenny Dixon Jnr, hanging out at the (defunct) Minke Bara and early Sugar and Id love to dance all night to Cam and Sanjit.

It's wonderful to live in a city that surrounds you with inspirational talent. I love the feeling you get from music, it lifts you up and takes you somewhere. If you can express it somehow and people listen and appreciate you, it's such a sweet feeling. I love the look on a deejays face when they're connecting with their audience, and they're at their best when they do.

I'm very much looking forward to the years ahead, new music and being immersed in such a healthy and constructive culture. Sugar is such a great outlet and it's my home away from home.
