Although splashes of Detroit, Berlin and New York can easily be recognised in both his dj work & production, Tim regards himself as a product of his local Adelaide influences. HMC, Sanjii, Driller, Moto etc along with all the past & present club/disco dj's who have pushed the boundaries.

Promoting & running underground club nights in Adelaides smaller non-commmercial clubs (Minke/Skylab) and djing parties as one half of the infamous duo 'The Carter Bros', Tim has built his reputation on hardwork & an uncompromising selection, with years of resident club/bar gigs across Adelaide.

Under the wing of Dj Bold in the studio and contributing to the management & promotion of the 'Thrillseekers Records' label, Tim soon began developing his production skills. The long running and cult Saturday night residency with Sidwho?(The Swiss, Morals of a Minor etc..) which melds live guitar, vox and record manipulation (and first started as The Carter Bros feat. Surahn) to give a unique live interpretation of disco, techno, old school house and everything in between.

Recent developments with longtime partners in crime Sanjii & Sidwho? has seen the birth of the new locally based Bark Bang Records. Upcoming 'Club Trax' E.P. from The Carter Bros is just one of many scheduled for release throughout the year. With Gavin back from os, expect some special of the cuff live shows!
